Northwest Natural Resource Advocates is the law practice of Guy R. Knudsen, JD, PhD, based in Pullman, Washington. I am a licensed attorney in both Washington and California, and am admitted to the U.S. Court, Eastern District of Washington, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. I have also practiced before the U.S. Court, District of Idaho, and the U.S. Court, District of Montana.
For the past 30 years, I also have worked as a Ph.D. research scientist for the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and currently at the University of Idaho (26 years as research/teaching professor)

Pro Bono representation: Some cases involve pro bono representation of clients in conjunction with Whitman County Legal Services. WCLS obtains legal assistance for low income people in Whitman County with civil legal issues including family law, landlord/tenant issues, bankruptcy/debtor relief, housing, employment, and individual rights. WCLS relies on the Northwest Justice Project’s CLEAR program for the initial screening and intake of clients, and individuals interested in this program can find more information at http://nwjustice.org/
